Are retakes available?

Yes. Please go to the website you had made your original appointment on. If you did not make your original appointment online please mail us at info@luxarte.ca.

Is there a deadline to order?

No. Please note that placing your order in your graduating year will guarantee all prices and ensure the fastest delivery. Also, we cannot guarantee your proofs will be online after 2 years from being photographed. You will be able to order after 2 years but there will be a small fee to reprocess and supply your proofs.

When will I receive my order?

Approximately 4-6 weeks after we receive your order.

What is retouching?

Basic retouching is the removal of mild blemishes. Advanced retouching is the removal of acne, shine caused by oily skin and softening lines under the eyes. Other options for retouching are teeth whitening, glass glare and stray hair. Pricing of our retouching services will be shown to you as you order.

What are Econo, Satin and Matte finish?

Econo prints have the same gloss finish as regular photographic paper. Lustre prints are laminated, giving a fine art quality to your portraits. This finish also provides years of added protection against scratches,moisture and fading.

What are folders?

Your picture simply slides into the folder and can be removed. Our folders are especially appropriate for the presentation of gift photos. Our cardboard folders are black with a decorative gold trim. Pricing of our folders will be shown to you as you order. Portraits are not included in folder price.

Can I make copies of my prints or the images online?

Luxarte Studios owns the copyrights to all images taken by our photographers. All images are copyright protected. Except as otherwise required by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted material without the express written consent of the copyright owner, including, without limitation, print or electronic reproduction, publication or any display of photography. What is a class composite?

Is it possible to choose my yearbook or composite picture?

No. In order to meet deadlines for the yearbook and composite we must choose the pose. We can tell you that for the composite we do not use any of the poses with the bookcase background, diploma, flowers or hat.

Do the billing and shipping addresses have to be the same?

No. Please make sure that the billing address entered is the same address that the credit card bills are sent to. This billing information will not affect your shipping address.
